About Genomics Microarray Services

Cell Protein DNA Core offers genomics microarray services to assist researchers with studies involving whole genome discovery. GeneChip® arrays enable scientists to attain ambitious goals in genetic analysis which include, a determination of transcriptional activity of cells under controlled conditions, identifying genetic variations associated with disease and potentially discovering new drug targets.
Service

The Genomics Microarray service provides a comprehensive gene expression analysis featuring Affymetrix GeneChips. Please follow the sample submission guidelines to prepare your sample for service. Data is reported within 2-3 business days after samples are received. Follow the links below to view the submission guidelines:

Complete the service request form and submit the form to Sonja Young. Prepare your samples according to our submission guidelines for best results. Please note that forms will not be accepted without an account number and PI signature. The Genomics Microarray facility also provides access to sophisticated analysis software to enhance the researchers ability to more fully analyze their data.

This software is available either in the proteomics core facility itself or at deignated computers scattered within the PSC or NSC
